Pforzheimer copy: With the early ink ownership signature of "Tho.s Barnard Grimsby" on the title pages; also the later 19th century ownership signatures of "Joshua Plaskitt" on the title pages, and a pencil note on the front paste-down of volume 1 signed "J. P." -- With the 20th century bookplates of William Tarun Fehsenfeld of Baltimore. -- Contemporary dark red half calf, rebacked, over marbled boards, black morocco spine labels, gilts spine titling ("Clarkson on the Abolition of the Slave Trade") and decoration.
