- In the American Antiquarian Society copy the first sheet is imposed so that the letter "To Peter Williams, Jun." from Isaac Fortune, chairman of the committee of arrangements appears on p. [3], the dedication "To the different societies for the abolition of slavery" appears on p. [5], and the "Order of the celebration of the day" appears on page [7].
