The Schomburg Center's Manuscripts, Archives & Rare Book Division's copy is a gift, probably added to the Schomburg collection when Catherine A. Latimer was the collection librarian. It includes NYPL's bookplate of "Arthur A. Schomburg Negro Collection, Schomburg collection" ink stamps, NYPL's perforated stamp or seal, and early processing marking of the original collection; its library bound in brown cloth over boards, with additional blanc pages along the back, and gilt spine title.
