  • Views of Essex County, including: Amesbury: the Eastern Railroad station, Bartlett's block and Main St., Hamilton Mills, and Whittier's home; Andover: Main St., showing businesses, the square, showing large elm tree and Elm House, elm arch and the library, the Free Church, Abbot Academy, Phillips Academy, Andover Theological Seminary, a parsonage, Harriet Beecher Stowe's home; Beverly: town hall, the new Briscoe School house, a monument decorated with wreaths and garlands, the Beverly bridge, including a view showing a horse trolley crossing, a group of African American women and men on the porch of a house one holding a guitar, possibly in Beverly; Bradford: Bradford Academy including an interior view showing desks, gas lights, a clock,; Byfield: L.A.
