Hovey & Co. on Summer St., street views including Broad St., Devonshire St. Franklin St., Milk St., Pearl St., Sturgis St., Summer St., Washington St., Water St.; views of the Congress building; National Bank of North America safe, with sign saying where the bank moved; the National Revere Bank safe among the rubble; the new Post Office; the Old South Church, Trinity Church; interior view of the U.S. Treasury; Rice & Hutchins Boots and Shoes; views of debris, streets partially cleared of rubble, carts being loaded with debris, buildings supported by lumber, some buildings showing little or no damage. Some views duplicated.
