Cultural and educational buildings in Boston: the Atheneum; the Horticultural building, including view showing the Studio building near it and views from Boston Common; the Art Museum, including interior views showing paintings, a woman sitting at an easel, sculpture; the Boston Museum, showing iron balconies; the Natural History Museum; the Public Library (two different buildings), including an interior view showing room with long tables; Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including interior view of men at drawing tables in a classroom; the Academy of Music; the High and Latin School on Bedford St.; interior view of the DeVries Art Establishment, showing paintings, statuary; exhibits including the Massachusetts Charitable Mechanic Association, 13th exhibition, 1878, showing flowers, wares; women at unidentified exhibition; Christian Endeavor visitors, tent, and crowd in an auditorium, 1895; view of a thatched hut, and a view of two women ("Pride of the Micmac") sitting in front of a wigwam and painted backdrop at the sportsmen's exhibition, 1898; men with guns, shells (?) at a sportsmen's exhbition; Caroline S.
