Walter Terry introduces his guest Toni Lander, a ballerina with American Ballet Theatre; Toni Lander speaks with Terry about her artistic growth; the place of technique in performance; her own background and training with the Royal Danish Ballet [Kongelige Danske ballet] including classes in pantomime that she has since found invaluable; learning [Auguste Bournonville's] La sylphide including how she was coached, and Birgit Culberg's Miss Julie; her satisfaction with American Ballet Theatre.
