Music and introductory remarks by Lucille Brahms Nathanson; Annabelle Lyon speaks with Lucille Brahms Nathanson about her professional stage debut, as a soloist, at Lewisohn Stadium in [Michel] Fokine's work Les sylphides; dancing for George Balanchine in the Metropolitan Opera ballet; her relatively short career as a dancer; the musical comedy Carousel; her background including her decision as a child to become a dancer; her classes, on scholarship, with Fokine including some of the other students; closing remarks and music.
