Introductory remarks by Mary Alice Brennan; Louise Kloepper speaks with Brennan and Hermine Davidson about her early dance training, with Mary Wigman in Germany and Hanya Holm in New York; teaching; the reasons for her coming to Wisconsin-Madison; training with Mary Wigman and with Margaret H'Doubler; the dance curriculum at University of Wisconsin-Madison; her approach to teaching technique and composition; teaching dance to children [ends abruptly but continues on streaming file 2].
