- Float for the Car of the Sun designed by Giulio Parigi for a fête held in Florence in honor of the prince of Urbino. Four stallions pull the float holding Atlas with the Sun on his shoulders, who is surrounded by the signs of the zodiac, seasons, the hours and other mythological creatures. Several giant Ethiopians are walking on either side of the float.
