  • Set design after Giacomo Torelli, probably drawn by François Francart (1622-1672), and etched by Israel Silvestre.
  • Set design for Act I, scene 2, for the opera ballet performed at the Petit Bourbon palace, April 14, 1654, in which the king, Louis XIV, appeared. Libretto by Francesco Buti, text to the ballet by Isaac de Benserade, music by Carlo Caprioli. The scene depicts the same cave as in scene 1 but with Thetis meeting Neptune in the background; Thetis at right, sitting on a shell surrounded by mermaids, Neptune at left riding in a shell chariot led by seahorses.
