A collection of television news features, each about 5 minutes long, prepared by NBC, ABC, and CBS, on the Second International Ballet Competition in Jackson, Mississippi in June 1982.
One film features the partnership of Jessica Funt and Koenraad Onzia; another features dancers Bronwyn Thomas, David McNaughton, and Gretchen Newberger. Robert Joffrey as competition judge and teacher is seen in several sequences as well as Chinese dancers Chiang Ching and Mme Chen.
