- Summary
- Excerpts from two ballet classes taught by guest teacher Maris Liepa at the Harkness Ballet School (?) during the summer of 1973. The first excerpt begins with frappés at the barre and ends with petit allegro in center floor. During the barre, the camera turns off and on, showing Liepa's instructions and demonstration but not the students as they execute the exercises. There is more footage of the students in the center floor section. The second excerpt shows the barre only, from pliés to ronds de jambes en l'air.
