  • Choreography: Jerome Robbins. Music: Frédéric Chopin.
  • Danced by members of the New York City Ballet: Heather Watts and Sean Lavery, Merrill Ashley and Peter Martins, and Stephanie Saland and Richard Hoskinson. The fourth section of the ballet (Nocturne, Op. 9, no. 2), for all three couples, is danced twice, followed by a repetition of the third duet (Saland and Hoskinson).
