- Inscribed beneath image: Commémoration de la Prise de la Bastille. Le 14 Juillet 1792. Inscribed lower left: Dessiné et gravé par Couché fils. Inscribed lower right: Terminé par Lejeune.
- Crowd surrounds a bonfire, destroying various symbols of the aristocracy, such as flags, swords, armor. Commemorates taking of the Bastille. This print probably dates from a slightly later year than the event represented.
