Summary
Documentary on the life and career of Charles Weidman, illustrated with historical footage and contemporary reconstructions of his choreography. Lee Sherman and Beatrice Seckler, former members of the Humphrey-Weidman Company, reminisce about him, as does Janet Towner, formerly with Weidman's own company. Weidman himself is seen in a dance workshop recorded in 1970 and an interview recorded in 1973. Reconstructions are performed by members of the Deborah Carr Theatre Dance Ensemble and the Mezzacappa/Gabrian Dance Company.
