  • Videotaped in performance for the Jerome Robbins Archive at New York State Theater, New York, on March 10, 1991 (evening), by Jay Millard, with the assistance of grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and New York State Council on the Arts.
  • Choreography: John Cranko, originally staged for the Joffrey Ballet by Georgette Tsinguirides. Revival supervised by Reid Anderson. Music: Sergei Prokofiev. Scenery/costumes: Jürgen Rose. Lighting: Jennifer Tipton.
  • Danced by members of the Joffrey Ballet.
