- Scriptwriter for silent films, Nell B. Bronson published under the name Mrs. Owen Bronson. Born in Menlo Park, California, the former Nell Booth Poole was an assistant post office employee before having 40 "photo plays" accepted in 1914. Titles include LOVE'S SUNSET, THE HIDDEN SCAR, THE WILES OF A SIREN and THEY WERE ON THEIR HONEYMOON.
