Dancers discuss their first contacts with ballet, then a predominantly white art, at the School of American Ballet, Ballet Arts, and the schools of Joseph Rickard, Maria Nevelska, Marion Cuyjet, and others. A taped interview with Talley Beatty opens the discussion.
