  • Side Show, a musical about the Siamese twins Daisy and Violet Hilton, with music by Henry Krieger and book and lyrics by Bill Russell, opened in the fall of 1997 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, but despite positive reviews, failed to find a sufficient audience, and closed January 3, 1998.
