- Summary
- Former New York City Ballet dancer Lynn Stetson discusses how she came to the School of American Ballet and her teachers there; joining the New York City Ballet; touring; working with Jerome Robbins; and the rehearsal processes of several choreographers. She reflects on Lincoln Kirstein; the ballets she enjoyed performing; and how New York City Ballet has changed since her performing years. She points out George Balanchine's appreciation for the unique qualities in his dancers; and comments further on the present New York City Ballet.
