- The Coverdale version.
- The first signature as printed on the Continent consisted of 4 leaves, the second and third of which are not known to have survived. This copy has the Continental t.-p. (in facsimile), and all but the t.-p. of the 8 preliminary leaves later printed by James Nycolson of Southwark, including the dedication to King Henry VIII (with mention of "Quene Anna [Boleyn]") signed: Myles Couerdale, and "A prologe. Myles Couerdale Vnto the Christen reader."
- With colophon: Prynted in the yeare of oure Lorde M.D.XXXV. and fynished the fourth daye of October.
