Biography (note)
  • Edward Allen Jennings, physician and historian, was an authority on church architecture and the history of old New York. He compiled and wrote two unpublished architectural surveys: "Church Designs: Also Residences and College Buildings" (1937), and "Manhattanville: an Architectural Retrospect" (1940). Jennings, the son of architect Arthur B. Jennings, died in New York in 1958, age 76.

Biography
Edward Allen Jennings, physician and historian, was an authority on church architecture and the history of old New York. He compiled and wrote two unpublished architectural surveys: "Church Designs: Also Residences and College Buildings" (1937), and "Manhattanville: an Architectural Retrospect" (1940). Jennings, the son of architect Arthur B. Jennings, died in New York in 1958, age 76.
