Summary
Personal and social satires from the reign of George III, including numerous satires on card playing and gambling, contemporary fashions, toilets, Wilberforce's bill for the abolition of the slave trade, the Prince of Wales' affair with Lady Jersey. Other individuals portrayed include the opera dancer Rose Didelot, Captain Vancouver, William V of Orange, and Prince Frederick William Charles of Würtembourg. Misc.II.24 is a view of Christies' Auction House.
