Arranged in series: I. Production materials; II. Arrangements; III. Published music, 1893-1977. |
| Summary |
The Paul Trueblood papers consist almost entirely of printed music along with some libretti and other scripts. The music is made up of score manuscripts of various popular songs and show tunes that have been arranged for piano and voice or for combos of about six to ten pieces. Most of the music appears to have been arranged, probably after 1980, for a vocalist by the name of Anita Tovich; her name appears at the top of virtually all of the arrangements. There is also a series of published sheet music, which includes several of the songs that appear among the arrangements. Other types of music represented are church hymns and pop songs. There are no other business or personal papers in the collection. |
