- Costume design for female dancer, possibly for Fokine's ballet Islamey. Dancer stands gesturing to the right with her extended arm, her left arm bent at the elbow, her face turned slightly toward her extended arm. She wears a green gown adorned with wide magenta sleeves and pale green beads. Her head bears a magenta head-wrap with a beaded edge. A smaller design, lower right, exhibits a similar costume, the figure holds a long magenta scarf which extends from the head-wrap.
- Includes notations in pencil; Cyrillic script.
- Significant paper loss on edges; small burn hole, upper right.

- Islamey (choreography & libretto: Mikhail Fokine; music: Milii Balakirev; scenery & costumes: Boris Anisfeld) was first performed in St. Petersburg, March 10, 1912, at the Maryinsky Theatre.
