• Binding, by F. Bedford, of inlaid diagonal bands of red, green and brown morocco, gilt. Sides within fillets and narrow border of red with small tools; panels and back covered by bands extending from lower front to upper back, outlined with plain and dotted lines, and containing eight different borders heavily tooled, repeated. Doublé with marbled paper within a border of tools and fillets. Back lettered on red morocco label. Edges gauffered in bands with tools similar to those used on the covers.
