- Image depicts two men engaged in a dancing lesson; one wears a military uniform and holds a sword, the other wears a gray coat. Both men stand with their feet together and their arms raised at the elbows. They are accompanied by a fife player, also in uniform, who stands in front of a drum and a tall bayonet. Several soldiers are depicted in the background of the print, some playing drums.
