- Biography
- The Campaign for World Government, founded by Rosika Schwimmer and Lola Maverick Lloyd in 1937, was among the first organizations to advocate a democratic federal world government. The Campaign was divided between two offices, with the international campaign headquartered in New York City, and the national campaign located in Chicago. In 1945 the organization split into two bodies, with Edith Wynner taking the lead of the International Campaign for World Government in New York, and Georgia Lloyd leading the Campaign under its previous title in Chicago.
