- Summary
- Manuscript copy from the original Vatican record of the deaths of the Cenci family (p. 1-48). Followed by another manuscript copy from Vatican records, that of a famous poisoner's case, titled, "Relazione dell'esemplare quistizia Sequita in Roma nel' pontificato d'Alessandro VII Contro li fabricatori e dispensatori e altri che facevano morire d'Acquetta"(p. [52-73]). Pages [74-131] are blank. Mounted as a frontispiece is an engraved portrait of Beatrice Cenci by D. Cunego, dated 1790. With the ownership signature of "A. Colyar 1818 / Roma." Bound in contemporary three quarter calf with marbled boards.
