Contains plans or principles for conducting a church, with prayers, scriptural passages, and other information, as well as plans for giving religious instruction. A complete set of historiated initials is included in the manuscript. Illustrated throughout, with appendix. A letter dated October 2, 1728 is inserted in the volume.
