- Docket register of town and garden lots granted in the islands of Dominica, St. Vincent, and Tobago, containing names of purchasers, amount of land, prices, and other information. Also includes a docket of Governor Scott's grants, 1765-1771. Contains bookplate of George Earl of Macartney, who was Governor of the Caribee Islands from 1775 to 1779.
- In the same volume is a "Catalogue of the Library of the Cottage of Lissanoure," 1813. Lissanoure was the Macartney family home in Ireland.
