- Original color costume designs and sketches, created by Kathryn Kuhn and Mary Percy Schenck for the Broadway production of Hollywood pinafore, which opened at the Alvin Theatre in May 1945, produced by Max Gordon.

- Biography
- Kathryn Kuhn began her career as a private dressmaker in 1911. After her apprenticeship, she started her own custom business, and began working on theatrical productions during the Depression. For almost 4 decades, until 1948, she created designs for numerous shows on Broadway, including several of the Ziegfeld productions, and the Sonja Henie ice shows, before returning to private dressmaking. Kathryn Kuhn died in 1979 in New York City.Mary Percy Schenck (1917-2005) was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. She designed costumes for numerous Broadway shows and Metropolitan Opera Company productions. In 1948 she received a Tony Award for her designs for The Heiress.
