- Summary
- One volume, with warrants on the Paymaster General, signed by Major General Benjamin Lincoln of the Continental Army. The warrants date from December 18, 1778 to June 5, 1779, at Charleston, South Carolina, "Purysburg," and "Black Swamp." Lincoln served as Southern Department Commander and controlled the garrison in Charleston.
