Description
1 print : chromolithograph; 34 x 26 cm. +
Summary
Sheet music cover illustration depicting two couples in a ballroom, with the shadowy figures of other guests behind them. They form a mirror image of each other, with one gentleman on the left and the other on the right of their respective ladies. Although their postures and facial expressions are extremely sedate, their arm positions suggest that they are dancing.
