- Summary
- Collection of prints culled from various sources, depicting the nineteenth-century ballerina Carlotta Grisi. It includes a wood engraving that reverses and crops A.E. Chalon's three-quarter length portrayal of Grisi in costume for Act I of Giselle; two wood engravings from English illustrated periodicals, respectively depicting Grisi in the ballets La Esmeralda and Paquita; and an engraved three-quarter length portrait.
