- Summary
- Two volumes, numbered "3d Vol" (1822) and "Vol. 5th" (1824); each with 384 numbered pages of miscellaneous verse in a small, calligraphic hand. Selections comprise a wide range of Romantic era poetry, including Shelley, Byron, Bernard Barton, Felicia Hemans, Thomas Moore, and others. The earlier volume carries a manuscript dedication page with a pencil drawing of a coat of arms with the motto "ET NOS QUO QUE TELAS SPAR SIMUS" at the top and "MALO MORI QUAM FÆ DARI" at the bottom; with the inscription, "William H. Dunsford, from his affectionate mother, by whose father this collection was compiled."
