Summary
Ros Kong speaks about costumes worn by dancers in the past and how they differ from those of the present; she recalls various elderly dancers including Mrs. Den and Dok Por; she speaks about how the Queen (Kossomak) gave pensions to elderly dancers and financially supported young dancers. She recalls how the queen came to watch rehearsals. She discusses the translation of lyrics from Thai into Khmer; how dance manuscripts were kept and used; the loss of manuscripts and props and accessories under the Khmer Rouge; differences between accessories in the past and the present. She speaks about ballets created by Mom Yann, and Mom Yann's other activities and talents. She recalls others who created ballets; her first teacher, Mom Yen, and dance uniforms worn when she was young.
