- Summary
- Baird Hersey (b. 1949) is an American composer and multi-genre musician. Among his several achievements, Hersey was commissioned to compose music for "The Eighth Wonder," a sound and light show that was part of the Brooklyn Bridge Centennial Celebration in 1983. The collection (1982-1983, 1991) holds scripts, music cues, light plots, instrument schedules, pamphlets, press releases, commemorative coins, photographs, and a set design for "The Eighth Wonder."
