- · Two autograph signatures on mortgage : 29 Apr 1782 : (S'ANA 0577) : 2 pages (2 vellum sheets) : [from Nutfield, Surrey] : the first sheet being a printed legal document accomplished in a clerical hand, the second sheet being fully in manuscript; regarding the sale of the copyhold of Wolborough Manor. With the witness signatures of "W. Sandham" and "Geo Birch."
- · Autograph signature on bond to Elizabeth Gatford : 29 Apr 1782 : (S'ANA 0475) : 1 page (double sheet) : [from Nutfield, Surrey] : printed legal document accomplished in a clerical hand; begins, "Know all men by these presents that I Bysshe Shelley of Turville Park in the County of Bucks Esquire am held and firmly bound to Elizabeth Gatford of Horsham in the County of Sussex Spinster in the sum of Two Thousand Pounds ..."; for security on Wolborough Manor. With the witness signatures of "W. Sandham" and "Geo Birch."

Within red morocco and linen box with seven other Shelley family indentures. Shelved as *Pforz BT (Shelleyana. 01).

The account book consists of 52 manuscript pages, in a clerical hand, within a notebook with marbled wrappers.
