Mikhail Baryshnikov and AXIS Dance Company perform during celebrations for the International Day of the Disabled. "Construct" is a trio featuring Baryshnikov and disabled dancers. Senator Tom Harkin, introduced by Lex Frieden, is honored for his work on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Other speakers include CIR President William Kennedy Smith and HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson. Initial poor audio quality due to microphone issues; the rest of the recording is fine.
