· To Lord Byron, poet : 1 autograph letter signed : 30 Apr 1823 : (B'ANA 0392) : 2 pages (double sheet) : from Nice maritime au Couvent de la Visitation : in French; begins, "C'étoit vers la fin du mois dernier, qu'on a fait partir une lettre d'ici, pour votre Seigneurie, adressée par incertitude du séjour de Milord: a Genès, Pavie, Pise ou Livourne ..."; mentioning that she had sent him an earlier, substantive letter (now lost) in response to his request that Teresa Guiccioli be able to stay at the convent after he left for Greece. The letter (and context) discussed in Shelley and his Circle, v. 7, p. 446.
