Know all men by these presents that I [blank] for and in consideration of the sum of [blank] current money of the province of [blank] to me in hand paid, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, by [blank] the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, and myself to be therewith fully satisfied, contented and paid : have granted, bargained, sold, released ; and by these presents do fully clearly and absolutely grant bargain, sell and release unto the [blank]. To have and to hold the said [blank] unto the said [blank] executors, administrators, and assigns, for ever. And I the said [blank] for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant and agree to and with the above named [blank] executors, administrators and assigns, to warrant and defend the sale of the above-named [blank] against all persons whatsover.
