  • 3 documents concerning a Frederick County court case: Petition dated 24th Nov. 1794 (2 pages) -- document filed 1 April 1795 (4 pages) -- Interrogatories and testimony of Henry Miller undated (2 pages).
  • There are 2 interrogatories (one on behalf of the plaintiff (24th Novr 1794), and one on behalf of the defendent (undated).
  • The docket (on the plaintiff's interrogatory) explains the case and names the attornies (24th Novr. 1794).
