Note
  • Inscription on f. 75v cites "anno septuagesimo sexto" providing an at least partial date for the manuscript. Made for the layman adoring the Virgin and Child on f. 76v.
  • Pen foliation in upper border is incorrect after f. 31; pencil foliation (every 10 folios) in upper right corner omits a leaf in quire 15.
  • Layout: 21 long lines per page, ruled in very faded ink, some catchwords and prickmarks visible. Most gatherings are of 10 folios each.
  • Decoration: 3 full-page miniatures; 5 historiated initials. 1- through 4-line red initials. Large decorated initials in pink and blue on gold fields.
  • Script: Lettre bâtarde
  • Contains: series of short offices; Gospel lessons for Holy Week; prayers in Latin, including petitions for the welfare of the church and the council of Basel (1431- 1445); excerpt from a letter of abbot Odilo of Cluny (944-1049) against lust.
  • The manuscript has special devotion to St. Bridget of Sweden.
