  • Layout: Written in 22-24 long lines per page, ruled with a stylus. Catchwords visible.
  • Decoration: 156 illustrations: 81 small, 4 medium and 71 full-page miniatures, all in colored pen and ink. Red and blue initials with opposing-color penwork. Occasional red linefillers; red symbols and red daubs as placemarkers.
  • Collation: One quire of 13 folios, followed by two quires of 9 folios each, followed by six quires of 12 folios each.
  • Scribe: 1 scribe?; f. 101v a smaller version of the same hand, or maybe a different hand
  • Script: Gothic.
  • Artist: Milemete Treatise, an artist of the
  • French prose version of the Apocalypse, with glosses. Glosses belong to group that does not derive from Berengaudus. Text of the Apocalypse very similar to Paris, BN de France, fr. 403. On f. 101v, two short pieces in Anglo-Norman verse.
  • Part 1: ff. 1-101v, and Part 2: ff. 102-103v.
  • The main part of the manuscript was written in England. The fragment of text on f. 102r-v has generally been assigned to the 14th century. The text on f. 103 is a recipe written in English, dated to the 15th century.
  • f. 102r-v: Title, Lumere as lais, by Peter of Fetcham or Peckham.
  • Status of text: Severe damage on f. 1 renders text almost illegible.
