  • Layout: Written in up to 47 lines per page, written in one column.
  • Decoration: Some architectural drawings contain human figures attributed to D.Beccafumi and other unnamed artists. Architectural drawings. Some spaces appear to have been left for initials, but they have not been filled. Occasional use of rustic capitals.
  • Manuscript is unfoliated.
  • Paper: Briquet nos. 568 and 571 (dating in Verona, 1583, 1591-3).
  • Artist: Domenico Beccafumi?
  • The Dictionary Catalog dates to late 16th c., placing it at Verona or Vicenza, due to date of 1585 on f. 98v, mention of event in Vicenza. But Scaglia says this note is a later addition; from text and drawings she dates to 1530-40, places it in Siena.
  • According to Scaglia, a complete text of Trattato II copied from Codex Magl. II I 141 and perhaps another ms. On f. 98v, performance: A di 4 marzo 1585 furno fato una tragedia in Vicenza... fina 70 omeni in sena et pasorno con tanto silentio; non altro.
