- Decoration: Putti in border, f. 2. Covers painted with coat of arms; coat of arms f. 2. Large pink initial on blue, green and gold field. Floreate border.
- Script: Humanistic cursive; rustic capitals in titles; gothic on f. 1.
- Dated by scribe: f. 56: "30 August 1458; Replicata 1 July 1462." Dated on f. 48 (and in dictionary catalog), 10 June 1462.
