- Decoration: In unfinished border on f. 1, human figure. On f. 1, unfinished white vinestem border and coats of arms, with initial; on ff. 20v, 22 and 27v, unfinished initials and border designs. Spaces left for initials.
- Collation: Eight quaternions.
- Script: Humanistic cursive.
- Dated to ca. 1507.
- Texts related to history of Genoa ca. 1500, including the text of a treaty between the Sforzas and the French King, surrendering Genoa in exchange for the king driving out the Adorno family and guaranteeing certain freedoms.
