- The Special Libraries Association, New York City Chapter (SLA-NY) is the New York chapter of the Special Library Association, a member-led organization of librarians and information professionals working in specialized areas such as law, medical, government, business, education, non-profits, and the arts. The collection, dated 1927 to 2019, documents the history of the organization, and its work as an advocate for librarians.
